PLB00703 Bosch Gen 2 engine service repair kit +

When you want to make the job easy, this kit is great - you don't need any other parts and you get the engine transmission right.

The kit includes the original Bosch service/repair kit, with the blanket seals removed* and all the parts needed for the rest of the engine added. Left crankshaft bearing, freewheel needle roller bearing, both gearbox bearings, left crankshaft O-ring and sprocket position O-ring, all 10 new lock rings, 2 pressure plates, located on each side of the main crankshaft drive sprocket , the right crankshaft seal (this replaces the Bosch felt seals and is 100 % waterproof) and a full set of new damping membranes to fit between the engine and frame.

It is known that many of the motors that have been serviced have suffered water damage now added to other drive unit bearings that were not replaced when the Bosch service kit was installed. These bearings and components have now been added to the kit to allow you to service the left side of the motor as well. This ensures that you have everything you need to do the job right.

* The principal recommends that felt seals are not installed because they cause unnecessary problems in wet or dusty conditions by absorbing moisture and dirt.
