What the service includes
- We open the motor, clean it and inspect the bearings, seals and wear parts.
- We replace faulty parts and bearings. While the motor is open, we recommend replacing all bearings and seals.
- We grease the parts with the lubricant recommended by the motor manufacturer.
- If a part is rusted, damaged or worn beyond acceptable limits, we contact you before replacing it.
Service made easy
Check before shippingDisable the app lock. If you use a lock such as Bosch eBike Lock, disable it in the eBike Flow app before removing the motor. We cannot test a locked motor.Bosch Smart System: either send the bike’s display together with the motor or have the bike checked with Bosch diagnostics once the motor has been reinstalled. If your bike uses the eBike Flow app, it has the Smart System.
